About who needs care: My mom had a major heart surgery which lead to brain damage. She is currently in a rehab facility as she lost a lot of movement in her left side due to the brain damage. The left side movement is coming back slowly through rehab. My dad has purchased a sit to stand machine along with a wheel chair, and bed. My parents home is completely ADA ready. We need help with transitioning her back home from a rehab facility. He also can get a hoyer lift if needed as well. Main needs would be hygiene related. My dad is fully functioning and is fully capable to assist with her care. About the care needs: It would be great have someone with an outgoing personality that can mesh well with my dad. With my moms current state, someone that is talkative and joyful will help her through the challenges that lie ahead. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
