Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Seattle

About who needs care: Not very active but willing to become more active. Very isolated during the day because we are working and she does not drive anymore. Very strong, independent thinker but much more dependent than she thinks. Kind, fun and funny but lonely. She needs to get out more during the week. We have a small dog who is friendly but noisy. About the care needs: Someone who is a good listener but has something to add. A liberal thinker, my mom is definitely liberal. She is stubborn so if this person can be persuasive yet respectful - a big plus. She like to go for walks but has been sedentary for a while and has lost some confidence. She likes to run errands for small things so driving is a must. She is smart and still pretty sharp so being able to converse about a lot of different things would be helpful as well. She suffered a heart attack 18 months ago so we are always mindful of that. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
