About who needs care: early stage AD. Used to read, but can no longer. Needs exercise/walking. About the care needs: It would be nice to have someone that could introduce exercise to her. She has never been athletic so yoga or mild exercise would be a good way to introduce a third party to her.. she is a retired OB nurse. She is basically bored, so I think having another friend to drop in and see her during the week would be helpful. Services needed include: companionship.
