Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Seattle

About who needs care: Both of my parents are 88 years old. My mother stays mostly in the house, while my father runs occasional errands (mostly shopping). My father is starting to suffer from some memory loss but is physically strong (for his age). My wife and I are staying with them temporarily but we live in Europe, so are looking for someone who can check in on the occasionally, to help with shopping, to help getting my mother to occasional doctor appointments, etc. About the care needs: They need to be somewhat strong to help guide my mother down 2 flights of stairs when she needs to go to her doctor appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
