Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Seattle

About who needs care: My mom is a fun, loving, bright and social woman who is 82 and has vascular dementia. We have reached that point where she needs professional part time care and assistance as t navigate some health challenges. We are looking for someone who can assist us in the house 3-4 times per week with basic tasks, exercises, motivation, taking walks & organization. Most of this care will happen in home in Seattle, but we also need this person to help attend doctor's appointments and help us to navigate the healthcare system. We hope to find someone who is experienced with senior care, has a great sense of humor and compassion, loves music and wants to help move our bodies. Some strength training / physical therapy skills are great. Organizational skills very important. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, and mobility assistance.
