I need senior care provider with experience with my elderly mom. My dad and I do a lot of the work. She is in assisted living, so we have care paid for. But we need help at night because she can't sleep. Assisted living caregivers can't be her companion. Night shift.... we are flexible. Must discuss PAY before committing. You won't need to do a lot but just be there as reassurance she's not alone
