Companion Care Needed For My Step Mother

About who needs care: My step mother is experiencing memory issues and cardiovascular health challenges. We believe these are linked. She is mobile enough to get around the housebut she has fallen a few times and she forgets things often. My father is providing most of her care, but he is in his 80's and is running out of steam. We are looking for someone who can both help her around the house to get moving, some minimal physical therapy, organization, etc. But additionally we are looking for someone who can attend doctors appointments and help keep really good track of the various appointments, notes and results. About the care needs: We want someone who is warm, loves music and culture and will mostly have compassion . Skills we are looking for is someone who can help get her moving. Some strength training / physical therapy skills are great. Hobbies less important. Organizational skills very important Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
