About who needs care: S is chronically ill but some days are easier than others. In general, she struggles with completing tasks and the energy exertion of daily tasks. S loves building models, legos, video games but I encourage exploring new ones! S wakes up later, she doesn't sleep much. She struggles with "winding down" and feeling regulated to sleep. So she tends to sleep in and stays up late. I usually set up her meds, set the coffee up, and aid in any small tasks that can give her time back. About the care needs: Someone who is flexible, nonjudgemental, communicative, and kind. Anyone who can help meal prep, or even creating a list of groceries or reminding her to eat. Tiding up, sweeping or vacuuming. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
