Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Seattle

About who needs care: I am having a gender affirming surgery and need a caregiver for the day of surgery and one or two days after that. I have chronic pain. I love taking walks, meditation, sports, writing, reading. I'm a quiet and simple person. About the care needs: Someone who is confident in caregiving and medical things and also very gentle in their demeanor. It's hard for me to ask for help so having someone who can help me manage that discomfort is good. I tend to also be anxious around medical things so someone who is grounding and can help stay strong in that. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
