Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Ridgefield

I need senior care provider with experience. I am seeking part-time assistance for my 85-year-old Alzheimer's parent a few hours two days a week. We are flexible on timing, and possibly on days as well. We have family help expected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so we seek assistance on Tuesday and Thursday. Patient has significant memory issues and will require cueing. She currently cannot walk or stand. We have finally got in home physical therapy scheduled after her discharge from skilled nursing last month. Prefer someone kind and encouraging can help with daily care and gentle activity. She needs to be reminded/encouraged to hydrate. She is being cared for in her own home primarily by her also 85-year-old husband and he's exhausted. We have Hoyer and sit to stand lifts.
