Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Port Townsend

My 89-year-old mother has Alzheimer's. We're looking for a female caregiver who has experience with mid-stage dementia. My mom mostly needs companionship and someone to eat lunch with and maybe take a walk or drive with. Ideally our caregiver will be in her 50s to 70s so that my mom can see her as a friend, not a caregiver. We prefer someone who does not smoke and likes cats. We are flexible on days of the week and times of day. It would be 3-5 days a week and 2-5 hours a day. Some evenings and weekends might be nice to give us respite, too.
