Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Port Ludlow - 3 Days Per Week

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Personal care for a cognitively astute elderly man at home. Care is not overnight but we would need mornings (9:30-11:30) for 3 days per week. (Which days are worked are flexible). My mother will also be present and can assist as needed and able. Care tasks: Personal care for incontinence, bathe/dressing assist, safe transfers into Wheel chair and back to bed (if needed). PT working with father on shower transfer so may be a future assist task. About the care needs: An ideal caregiver would need to assist with client rotation/sitting up in bed and transfers from bed to wheelchair. Need someone fairly strong, communicative, encouraging and patient. Experience with wound care is also a plus.
