About the job
This on call position requires the individual to be close in proximity to Olympia or who can be onsite when called upon within 1 hour. About who needs care: Fall risk, Alzheimer's/Dementia. About the care needs: Assisting with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (moving to and from the bed to the bathroom, navigating through the house, taking walks outside with assistive device etc.) Assisting client with personal care and hygiene Helping with using the toilet, taking showers, getting dressed, brushing teeth, hair Keeping nails neat and trim Assisting with changing bed pads, pull up undergarments Regularly monitor the client while resting Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
