About who needs care: She has some memory issues ie forgets what day it is, cant use tv remote or cell phone, loses things repeatedly. She is over weight and smokes. She sits mostly, reads and watches tv. She likes to cook but doesn't practice food safety well. She doesn't sleep well. Gets up in the middle of the night and stays up awhile then goes back to bed till late morning. She still drives but gets lost sometimes. About the care needs: Needs to be strong willed and determined. Patient can be stubborn. She's got a strong German personality. Patient may deny need for any help but she needs help with being sure to take her meds, showering and personal care and housekeeping. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
