About who needs care: Early signs of dementia, just need someone to make sure that she is eating proper meals, assist with exercise and mobility based on PT recommendations. Transportation to local camp for classes. Assist with daily hygiene and meals. About the care needs: Able to deal with an elderly woman who sometimes is stubborn. Ability to keep client motivated to complete daily tasks. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
