Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Longview

About who needs care: My Dad has ALS; he gets up around 10-11 a.m. and goes to bed at around 10-11 pm; my Mom isn't taking the situation well and has outbursts; she has mental illnesses that affect her mood and control the house's environment. I want to give my Dad a better quality of life and alleviate the stresses on my mom's emotional well-being. About the care needs: Just a caring person with a good personality. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
