About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my husband in Lilliwaup. We are visiting our family in Lilliwaup, WA and I am trying to find short- term help for my quadriplegic husband each morning (approx. 2 hours/day): July 20 through August 3. I would like the caregiver we hire to: feed my husband breakfast (I will make it), get him up using a hoyer lift (he is 6ft, 180 lbs), and get him cleaned up for the day (washed, shaved and dressed) and put into his power wheelchair. I can train you on all aspects of his care, should you need it. We are looking for a somewhat strong, upbeat person. We also want a responsible, tidy and caring person who is observant so we can catch things before they develop into something serious. My husband is a happy, friendly, outgoing person
