About who needs care: The patient/client is my 98-year-old mother who has a fulltime person living with her but the caretaker needs respite for a few hours twice weekly. The patient is mentally alert, on oxygen, mobile with walker but falls easily, incontinent but wears adult diapers. She meets the criteria for Medicare coverage for intermittent home health care services. My question to you is whether you are a Medicare provider?
