Seeking An At-home Caregiver For Our Mom In Kirkland

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable senior caregiver for our mom in Kirkland. She is a former teacher and is social, positive and engaging. We are a tight knit family, with 3 of her 4 children and grandchildren living in the area. She loves art, music, theater and discussing ideas and sharing with others. She is currently recovering from a recent stroke, so is experiencing challenges with her mobility & speech. We are looking for someone to optimize her days and maintain momentum in her recovery, as well as engage her in events and activities of interest. Her independence is important to her, though she currently needs assistance transitioning between spaces, bathing, toileting & meal/medication management. With reinforced physical and speech therapies, her goals are to increase her strength & independence in these areas.
