Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Kingston

About who needs care: My mother has osteoporosis, back issues and bilateral knee issues. Has difficulty remembering things. Imbalanced when walking; concern for independent driving, so needs transportation. Has multiple appointments coming up with possible aftercare needed. I attend appointments over the phone and occasionally come out to help with appointments and aftercare but am not always available to travel. She could also use help with picking up and putting away groceries, doing laundry, lighthouse cleaning. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
