Qualifications: - Current Home Care Aide, CNA/NAR license. - Nurse Delegation and Nurse Delegation Diabetes certificate. - CPR/First Aid certificate - Food Handler's Permit - Two-step TB test - Dementia Specialty training - Mental Health Specialty training - Must pass a State background check and National FBI fingerprint check immediately upon hire.
