About who needs care: Fred has dementia, Parkinsons disease, congestive heart failure, has difficulty getting into bed, needs his food cut into bites but feeds himself. He is also incontinent - urinary. A day consists of sleeping until 9 or 10, taking his pills, changing clothes, having breakfast, watching the news, lunch, talking to friends on the telephone, exercises, dinner, watching a few shows and to bed at 9 or 10. Usually takes about 1/2 to 1 hour to get ready for bed. Needs help with getting into bed. Shower every three days. Meds in am early afternoon and evening.
