About who needs care: Ruth currently has a shoulder injury thats probably a torn rotator cuff. She will be recovering for quite a while and might need surgery. Her husband helps with some tasks around the house but cant do everything. A caregiver could help pick up grocery orders, do laundry, and possibly some personal care like hair washing, as well as just being a pleasant visitor to brighten her day. About the care needs: Ruth loves to talk, so someone who enjoys listening would be a good fit. She is hard of hearing, so someone without a strong accent would be easiest for her to understand. Her house is very cluttered, but she thinks her piles of papers are organized, so the caregiver would need to be someone who could help clean or tidy certain areas like kitchen and bathroom, but without moving her piles of paper unless they were doing that together.
