Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Everett / Silverlake Area

Hi, We moved our mom to an Adult Family Home in Silverlake (near Everett, Wa) . We are seeking someone who could spend 1 to 2 hours a day getting her to move, doing chair exercises, possibly taking her for a car ride, and then getting her to walk. She needs to move. She also enjoys going to churches or hearing scriptures read to her. Loves car rides and scenic drives. She needs to keeping moving to get strong. Also if someone is good at encouraging her to shower/bath - that is very helpful. She wants to be independent. We prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
