About who needs care: Is in kidney failure and does dialysis three days a week. Sits and watches television during the day. Wakes up and has breakfast, get dressed and showered if needed. Sits in his recliner and watches television. Will have lunch and dinner and sleeps later in the evening. Monday, Wednesday and Friday goes to dialysis. He has breakfast before he goes to dialysis. Comes home around four oclock, has dinner and watches television until he goes to sleep. About the care needs: Personally doesn't matter. Needs to know how to help move him from his recliner to his wheelchair, also how to help get him into a car. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
