About the job
Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking full-time live-in home care. 12hr shifts during the day may be considered. My mom is very kind, paralyzed on one side and needs help with transfers and ADL care. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
