She is non-verbal, wheelchair/bed transfers via built-in hoyer lift, tube-fed, bowel and bladder incontinence resulting from a brain aneurysm. Help would also include simple range of motion activities and cognitive stimulation activities. About the care needs: Sincere, loving, patient.
