About who needs care: This is my daughter; she has been struggling in life, since mid-20's, with mental illness. She came to live with me last year, and she has been getting treatment, but needs supervision while I am at a morning job (2 1/2 hrs) M-F. She is smart and creative (likes to draw and do various art/craft projects); she also likes to play table games. She might like going for walks, also. She is very quiet, and needs to be with someone who can converse with her a little despite her shyness. About the care needs: A female care-giver is needed. I think it would be helpful if they are someone who is familiar with helping/working with people who have autism. My daughter doesn't have a formal diagnosis for this, but does have some behaviors that could indicate it. She needs to be with someone who is patient, compassionate and cheerful. Ideally, I would like her to be with someone who is a Christian believer. Services needed include: companionship.
