About who needs care: Stage 4 Alzheimer's, but pretty functional. Uses a walker in the house, but a wheel chair when out and about. Sometimes memory seems normal, but sometimes he forgets a lot. Incontinent, but cleans and changes himself. Might need help picking out clothes. ay need med assistance. I handle most of his daily care. Fall risk. Some light house keeping may be needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
