87-year-old Grandmother lives in memory care facilty. Broke back and has much pain with movement. I would like additional assistance with ensuring she is being changed and cleaned, companionship, giving nutritious meals. Temporary Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Some help needed with bathing. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction.
