Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bainbridge Island

Help needed for my mother in her 80s - she has a fractured arm and needs help undressing for a bath, help bathing, and getting dressed. No lifting assistance or work that might cause injury needed, She just needs steadying and someone who has two good hands. Foot care would also be helpful, as would someone who likes to come up with safe exercise and healthy meal plans. She is unsteady on her feet. Will need help two hours a day for two days a week for a few weeks. Flexible on days and times, after 10 a.m. any day. Two to three days in between. Ideally would like someone who can fit this in before or after another client on Bainbridge.
