About who needs care: I have arthrogryposis a bone and muscle disease. I do take medications and need assistant with bathing and hair sometimes. I can do some transfers, but will need assist with it so me times too. I use a power wheel chair, leg braces and walker. I'm trying to get up and walk more. Cooking I need help with that too. I live with my other half who also does some stuff too. We usually do things together. When I'm hurting I cant get give the helping hand like I want too. I like playing bingo, watching movies, laughing and trying to get rid of stuff to hopefully move into a bigger apartment that is handicap accessible hopefully. So if you feel you up for the task we might be a great team. About the care needs: I'm looking for an energetic person who is will to help with getting things organized, personal hygiene , laundry cooking, hair who like likes to laugh and go out to see new things. Doesn't mind riding access or bus. If possible has a van or car ( accessible) or willing to help transport if possible to places. Sometimes I need motivation to get up to get things going. A person who is a self starter. Someone who doesn't mind transporting something to goodwill or church to get rid of if possible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
