I'm looking for companion care for my disabled mother-in-law in her 60s. She suffered from a stroke 10 years ago and has vision and balance issues, but is otherwise cognitively fine and in good health. Her only medications are blood pressure and cholesterol drugs. She's from France, so she is bilingual (English and French). She is worldly, curious, and funny. We are looking for a caring and compassionate companion to spend about 1 day per week with her. We'll need you to take her to get groceries every week and run errands as needed. We'll also ask you to help with transporting to/from medical appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
