Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In Londonderry

About who needs care: My grandma is starting to have minor memory issues, she still is very aware of who people are and where she is, but she gets very depressed when she can't remember more specific things from her past and has a harder time with her routine as a result. My grandfather lives with her and they do lots of gardening, walking, painting, reading, and cooking. He has stepped up to take care of her where needed but is now facing decreased physical capacity due to his age so we would appreciate someone helping with their errands and checking in on them (as they do not like to worry anyone and rarely tell family if someone has fallen or is sick). About the care needs: My grandmother is a very sweet artistic woman who will get along with anyone, my grandfather has always been a bit more stern and abrasive but will usually follow her lead. Her preferred activities are painting, drawing, knitting, gardening, and bird-watching from her window. As their needs are not too specialized (help with errands and check-ins) we would mainly appreciate anyone friendly and patient (they are not loud or difficult people but have had their routine in place for decades and can be occasionally stubborn towards or unable to understand the reasoning for changes to it). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
