About who needs care: Mom has dementia, severe short term memory loss. She needs someone to help her if she needs anything, make her lunch, play cards. She can manage bathroom tasks. She likes to play cards, word search games, read. Very easy going. Very kind. About the care needs: We are looking to live in our basement apartment and be available to take care of mom on specific days and be flexible around schedules. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
