About the care needs: May has not seen her family in quite some time and we are hoping to be able to make this happen. It would require traveling to Boston with May and her son. May would visit with her family, eat a meal. Assistance is only needed with transferring in and out of the vehicle from a wheelchair, transferring on/off a toilet, and potential changing a pull-up as needed. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
