About who needs care: My mom broke her femur and did not go to PT. Poor diet, very sedentary, and resistant to initiate change in her daily routine. Used to enjoy needlepoint and antique shopping but mobility limitations and lack of energy preventing this activities. Needs some assistance getting to medical appointments. About the care needs: Kind but firm to encourage physical activity. Does not take no or I don't feel well as an excuse for not moving. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
