Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Winchester

About who needs care: I am looking to find someone who can do a daily or every-other day 1 hour visit to my parents -- so it's a female and a male. They are both 89 and live alone. Basically, it would be good to have someone to look in on them and see if there are any problems that they can resolve. My father is declining into dementia and my mother is depressed. They both spend all day inside doing nothing but watching TV and are miserable. Neither have any known "conditions" though my father is declining quickly and won't go to a doctor, so we really don't know what is going on with him. About the care needs: A "can-do" resourceful personality who does not get offended easily. They both love their dog. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
