Live-in Home Care Needed For Quadriplegic

We're looking for live-in care for my uncle in Winchester, VA, who is a quadriplegic. He needs assistance getting in and out of bed, bathing, and with daily tasks, basic meal prep, and household care. Ideally, caregiver will have experience with a higher level of care, including bowel programs. He's funny and kind - until recently his father was his primary caregiver, but he passed away suddenly. The family is looking for care to help my uncle, John, with the daily care he needs in this new stage of life. Payment will come biweekly via agency. Looking for 8 hour days, 7 days a week. Initial 40 hours at $13. 60/hour, 1. 5 time from 40 up to 64 hours. The family will also be exploring other caregivers for respite care. The live-in caregiver will have their own suite in the house, use of kitchen, etc.
