Work Transportation Needed For My 21-Year-Old Son With Autism

I have a very nice, respectful, 21-year-old son who is autistic and is in need of transportation to and from his place of employment. I have been taking him since I work from home, but I start a new job in November that will require me to travel into work in the DC area. Other than being a little quiet, he's super easy to get along with and will love not having to get a ride from Dad! He works Tuesdays-Thursdays, starting at 8 a.m. and ending at 2 p.m. (they tend to wrap up by 1:45). Occasionally, the schedule shifts, and it's Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but we get the schedule far in advance. He is doing so well with his job; I hope I can work this out!
