Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Winchester

I need senior care provider with experience. Our main concern is monitoring for behavioral changes or altered mental status. My mother has been hospitalized for multiple severe kidney infections and altered mental status from the infections. She needs help making doctor appointments to stay on top of these chronic issues. Additional concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping. Please be willing to do light housekeeping as my mother has a hard time keeping up with her household. Must be dog friendly! Seeking someone to handle some meal preparation as she is type 2 diabetic but does not eat much because meal prep is overwhelming. I live 75 minutes away so someone to check in on her a few times a week is ideal. Days and times are flexible.
