Seeking In-Home Care Provider In Winchester For Quadriplegic

We're looking for care for my uncle in Winchester, VA, who is a quadriplegic. He needs assistance getting in and out of bed, bathing, and with daily tasks, basic meal prep, and household care. Ideally, caregiver will have experience with a higher level of care, including bowel programs. Current priority is for help mornings and evenings for moving him in and out of bed, bowel programs, and bathing. He's funny and kind - until recently his father was his primary caregiver, but he passed away suddenly. The family is looking for care to help my uncle, John, with the daily care he needs in this new stage of life. Payment will come biweekly via program. Looking for 8-hour days, 7 days a week. Paid via agency, initial 40 hours at $13. 60/hour, 1. 5 time from 40 up to 64 hours.
