Companion Care Needed For My Father In Williamsburg

My father moved here from Washington state and is seeking companion care to accompany him to the Rec Center pool where he would like to work out, go to lunch, perhaps play chess, checkers, or cards a couple times a week in Williamsburg. He may at times need assistance getting his water shoes on (for the pool), but otherwise is very independent and still drives his car. He can't lift his arms very high due to shoulder issues, so may need assistance reaching things high up. Our home has a friendly dog. He really needs a "pal" to do things with 2 - 3 times a week for 3 - 4 hours each as he's very social and unfortunately I still work from home.
