About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Williamsburg. Overnight shift when my mom sleeps is currently available and needed. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing if she needs it. Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Need to know how to operate a lift to get them in and out of bed/chairs. My mom receives 24-hour care so I need help with various shifts but right now we need someone to work the 11pm-7 a.m. and 3-11 p.m. shifts. Hours may vary some. Must be a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. We pay through payroll every two weeks.
