Help With Care Autistic Adult

I am a 29-year-old Autistic individual seeking care in Warrenton, Virginia. I am a type 1 diabetic. I will need assistance with insulin injections, medications, and someone who can make my meals. I really need someone who understands diabetes and insulin injections, as I will need help managing this. I will also need rides to Dr and dental appointments and to the grocery store. I need someone to assist me when I pay for my groceries. I need someone who can keep a close watch on me as I am very distracted. I need someone who is patient and nice as I have a lot anxiety. I also have ADHD, and Tourette's Syndrome. I would like a non smoking person and someone who knows CPR. I am a nice guy with a good sense of humor, but I have a hard time figuring out if someone is nice or trying to take advantage of me.
