Day-to-Day Job Duties of Personal Care Aides (PCAs): Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. Provide companionship, engage in recreational activities, and reduce isolation. Remind clients to take medications and assist with organizing pill boxes. Escort or transport clients to appointments and social outings. Monitor and document health changes, reporting concerns to family or supervisors. Ensure client safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
