Seeking hands-on care in Virginia Beach for my loved one in their 50s, who broke their ankle and cannot travel. Medication reminder required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation or just pick up food/deliveries. Needs to eat healthy so might need a few groceries or errands when appropriate. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Might have an appointment but we will not know until Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
