Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Vienna

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. She lives in with our family, but I need help and as I am in and out during the day for work and can not always be there. Medication management may be required depending on the time of the visits. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. We may need help with meal preparation occasionally, so someone comfortable cooking and following easy recipes. We might also ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with our dogs. My mom has a cat that only stays in her room, and sometimes she needs help her as well as tidying her room. We also prefer someone that is CPR / first-aid trained.
