Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Vienna

About who needs care: In Mook is my father-in-law and lives with my husband and I. He is Korean, that is his primary language, but he also speaks English. Would strongly prefer someone who speaks Korean. He has multiple underlying conditions (diabetes, vascular disease, heart disease, and recent toe amputations and foot problems) but has been active his whole life as a martial arts instructor and tries to remain as active as his condition allows him. He has recently had multiple falls and will soon be recovering from a foot surgery, so his mobility is significantly impaired. We need someone to help keep him company while we are at work, help him transfer between his bed and wheelchair/walker, ensure he can get on/off the toilet safely, etc. He is generally quite independent, but we are concerned for his safety while his mobility is low. About the care needs: Someone who speaks Korean, is potentially interested in golf, likes to listen to stories. He recently moved in with us from Texas, and has not yet found friends or community here, and we know he misses the companionship of his golfing buddies. He likes to talk and often wants to discuss health, food, history, spirituality, and probably just needs someone to empathize with the frustration of getting older and involuntarily losing a lot of ability. He will likely need some assistance getting around. Usually this is just light support like pulling his hands when he gets up from a chair, but when he has fallen, we have needed to lift him, and he has been much weaker and needing much more support. He weighs about 140 lbs. If he were to fall, we would not necessarily need someone to get him up alone, but just to be there and call us, or emergency services if warranted. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
