About who needs care: Heart failure but controlled. Bad hip and knee so difficulty walking. Can generally get around with a walker. Sleep in my recliner. Day structure: light breakfast about 8-9. Light lunch midday. Dinner around 6. Need assistance dressing and sometimes bathing. Need transportation to medical appointments. I have my van. About the care needs: Im pretty quiet during day and watch TV and movies. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
